Why was a gift/bundle item not included in the shipment?Updated 9 months ago

To receive a gift/additional BOGO (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) and bundle item, the customer should add it to the cart with the selected item, otherwise, the gift/additional BOGO and bundle item will not be shipped together. GOBI has no authority to ship the item/additional BOGO and bundle item, which was not on the final placed order.
