Why is there no free return?Updated 3 days ago

From 1 February 2023, we will not provide return labels for orders outside Germany and the UK; the customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us and the shipping and other charges. 

To keep our ordering and returns processes as green as possible, we unfortunately have to limit free returns. Every delivery route leaves a significant carbon footprint, impacting both transport systems and the global climate.

How can you avoid returns?

- Follow the description and size chart of the respective product: The fits and size charts of GOBI Cashmere products vary depending on the product. 

It is best to take the measurements on a well-fitting old garment and check our size chart.   All measurements are in cm/inch. Clothing measurements are always taken without stretching when lying down. The measurements are only approximate and may differ slightly from reality.
