What should I do if my order has not been delivered?Updated 9 months ago

If the delivery is taking longer than the maximum delivery period of 7 business days within Germany and EU countries, and 21 business days to the non-EU countries or if the tracking information shows that your parcel was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].

We will contact the responsible carrier and submit a formal investigation request regarding the shipment. The investigation for shipments with DHL can take at least three weeks.

Please note that there may be occasional delays on the part of the customs authorities in non-EU countries. We have no influence on this.
