What should I do if I received a damaged and incomplete parcel?Updated 10 months ago

We are sorry if you have received an incomplete and damaged package. Please contact our Customer Service team via email within 2 days ([email protected]) and send photos of the product and the package.

Please bring the parcel to the nearest post office, which did the delivery, and complain, providing all available evidence. 

You will receive a confirmation from the post office. Please send us this confirmation from the post office within 2 days, because we have to submit a complaint to the shipping company with all documents and photo evidence (confirmation from the post office, etc.) and a recipient's declaration. 

Please note: If the claim is later than the given time, we are unable to claim the investigation.

 

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
