What should I do if an item is missing from my order or I received a damaged item?Updated 15 days ago
If a product is missing from your order, or you have received a damaged product, your products might have got lost or damaged during the delivery.
If you received an incomplete or damaged package, we kindly ask that you take the parcel to the nearest post office where the delivery was made and file a complaint, providing all available evidence. You will receive a confirmation from the post office. Please send us this confirmation, as we will need to submit a complaint to the shipping company, along with all the required documentation and photo evidence (confirmation from the post office, etc.), as well as a signed recipient's declaration.
Please contact our Customer Service team within 2 days via email ([email protected]) and send photos of the product, the package and the delivery note. We will be happy to assist you.
Please note: If the claim is later than the given time, we are unable to claim the investigation.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
