Order confirmation email:

After you have placed an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer, which includes the summary, the general terms, conditions and the invoice for the order. 

Please note: This order confirmation does not constitute a declaration of acceptance of your contract offer, but serves merely for informational purposes.

 Shipping confirmation email:
 Once the order is processed, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number of the parcel will be sent to the customer, with which the customer can use to track the parcel at any given time. 

Please note: The purchase agreement between you and GOBI comes into effect only with this shipping confirmation email.
