Reward program - How can I use loyalty points?Updated 10 months ago

After you have registered on our website as well as for the reward program with an email address, you will be able to redeem your points. Please note and register there on which website, German or English, you have your points and orders.

As our English and German websites have separate back-ends, the points cannot be combined if you have orders and points on German and English websites.

How to redeem points?

After you have collected your products in the shopping cart, please go to checkout. There you will see a field where you can apply desired points or select a reward. Please note that you need to log in to see this field and redeem your points.
