Germany & EU: Return shipping labels can be generated via our return portal. The applicable return fee (€5 within Germany; rates vary within the EU) will be deducted from your final refund.

Outside the EU: Return labels are not provided. Customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Returns must be dropped off at a local post office within 14 days of receiving the order. The deadline is determined by the date the parcel is posted, not the date the return is registered.

Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.

Customs for returned goods from Switzerland

If the parcel is a return of goods previously sent to Switzerland on a commercial basis (so-called "returned goods"), the original recipient may be able to apply to Swiss customs for a refund of the customs duties paid on importation into Switzerland.

If all the necessary documents (application form for recognition of returned goods, proof of original delivery, etc.) are correctly enclosed with the customs documents for the parcel, the levying of import duties can be avoided from the outset.

Always enquire at the customs office responsible for you regarding returned goods (international returns, repair shipments, etc.) about the current regulations.
