We are unable to provide return labels for orders outside of Germany and the UK. since the 1st of February 2023; the customer is to be responsible for the product until it reaches us and the shipment fee. Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.

Customs for returned goods from Switzerland
If the parcel is a return of goods previously sent to Switzerland on a commercial basis (so-called "returned goods"), the original recipient may be able to apply to Swiss customs for a refund of the customs duties paid on importation into Switzerland.
If all the necessary documents (application form for recognition of returned goods, proof of original delivery, etc.) are correctly enclosed with the customs documents for the parcel, the levying of import duties can be avoided from the outset.
Always enquire at the customs office responsible for you regarding returned goods (international returns, repair shipments, etc.) about the current regulations.
