Within EU

All online returns are subject to a return fee, automatically deducted from your refund.

Germany & EU: Return labels are available via our return portal. Fees are €5 within Germany and vary across the EU.

Customers are responsible for the parcel until it safely reaches our warehouse.

Outside EU

We are unable to provide return labels for orders outside EU. The customer is to be responsible for the product until it reaches us and the shipment fee. Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.

Germany

Returns must be dropped off at a local post office within 14 days of receiving the order. The deadline is determined by the date the parcel is posted, not the date the return is registered. All returned items should be sent in their original condition including the tag. 

Please note: the removal of tags will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you; the product cannot be returned in these circumstances, and not accepted returns will be sent back to you.
