Within Germany

A return fee of 5 EUR will be charged for all online returns in Germany made through our returns portal to obtain a return label. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Outside Germany

We are unable to provide return labels for orders outside of Germany and the UK. The customer is to be responsible for the product until it reaches us and the shipment fee. Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.

Returns are eligible for up to 14 days; the return eligibility date will start once our carriers announce the parcel was delivered to a customer. All returned items should be sent in their original condition including the tag. 

Please note: the removal of tags will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you; the product cannot be returned in these circumstances, and not accepted returns will be sent back to you.
