Germany & EU: Return shipping labels can be generated via our return portal. The applicable return fee (€5 within Germany; rates vary within the EU) will be deducted from your final refund.

Outside the EU: Return labels are not provided. Customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Returns must be dropped off at a local post office within 14 days of receiving the order. The deadline is determined by the date the parcel is posted, not the date the return is registered.

The customer is to be responsible for the product until it reaches us and the shipment fee. Until the delivery to our warehouse, the parcel remains under the customer’s responsibility. 

Please keep proof of postage.

Please note that postal and parcel shipments from a non-EU country to Germany must always be cleared through customs. You can avoid customs duties/taxes by enclosing with the return a complete and correctly filled out customs declaration, invoice and return form.  Please always attach these documents to the outside of your parcel. We advise obtaining the relevant information from your customs authority in the respective third country.

Please note that your return cannot be processed without the returns form included with your order.
