If your return period has expired and you posted the parcel after the deadline, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. In this case, only an exchange or store credit is available.

Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving the order. The deadline is determined by the date the parcel is posted, not the date the return is registered.
