If you used our return label, please contact us at [email protected] and send us the return proof/ return bill with the return tracking number.
If the parcel is delivered to our 3PL logistic partner, we will inform our partner to book the return.
In case the parcel is not delivered to our 3PL logistic partner, we have to start an investigation with DHL.
Please note: We need a completed and signed sender's declaration so that we can start an investigation with DHL.
If you use the original box, please make sure to remove all other labels and stickers from the box.
