Please note the following:
Gift / Bundle / BOGO / 2+1 Promotions
Please include any gift or free promotional items with your return.
For 2+1 promotions, returning a paid item may require returning the free item. The promotion becomes void if you keep fewer than the required number of items.
If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from your refund.
If you keep only the free item, its regular price may be deducted from your refund.
For partial BOGO returns, the retail value may be adjusted automatically, with half deducted from the refund for the paid item if only one BOGO item is returned.
Loyalty Points and Returns
Earned Points: Points earned on returned items are deducted proportionally. Your membership tier may decrease.
Redeemed Credit: Approved returns credit the equivalent points back to your account. Partial returns receive a proportional credit.
Exclusions: Sale items and e-gift cards are excluded from loyalty credit; no points are credited back for their return.
Validity: Credited-back points receive a new validity period starting from the date they are returned to your account.
Late Returns: No loyalty points are credited back for returns made after the 14-day return period.
