Please note the following:

- Whether your order has a gift/ bundle/ "BOGO" promotion and whether you have returned it. In case of a (partial) return, the retail value of the gift will be automatically deducted if the minimum purchase value of the gift is not reached.

- Whether you have applied a coupon code/loyalty points. If the order was partially returned, the points will be partially refunded or the points will be calculated on the products.
