I cannot create a return label using your portalUpdated 9 months ago

Our return portal is only for orders within Germany.

Please make sure that you use the e-mail address you used to place the order with us and the order number you received from us (e.g.: IN12345, DE123456). 

You will find this number only in the confirmation emails. If you are unable to create a return label via the return portal, please contact our customer service team.

Please note, the order number for the return portal is not on the delivery note.

Please note whether you have ordered from our international or German website.
