We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date the customer receives their order.

• Eligible exchanges: Items returned within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged.
• Non-eligible exchanges: Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be exchanged.

To request an exchange, customers must first contact our customer service team, [email protected], for guidance.
Once the return is registered in our system, the replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please note customers are responsible for the return fee & shipping fee for all exchanges.
