Can I change the delivery address?Updated 9 months ago

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order/ address once it is placed. Please place a new order with the correct address.

We kindly ask you to contact us by email at [email protected], if you want to cancel your order.  We can try and request our logistics partner to cancel your order, however, please understand that your request could be denied if your order is already processed for the shipment.

You can refuse the package or return it after receiving it. Please note, we don’t offer free return.

If your package was sent back to us for any reason, including but not limited to; the wrong address is provided, the package was not claimed, customs fees were not paid, etc., GOBI will refund the amount of the merchandise once it has arrived back at our warehouse. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
