We are very sorry if your order was cancelled. 

Due to a system error that occurs from time to time, some items may be sold even though they are sold out. Your order could Unfortunately, your order may have been one of these and had to be cancelled.

If delivery of your order is not possible, for example because the item is not in stock, GOBI will not accept a declaration of acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case. GOBI will promptly inform you about this and reimburse any consideration already received. GOBI is only obliged to deliver from its stock of goods. We do not assume the risk of procuring an ordered product (procurement risk).
