In the event that an item is sold out, a checkout issue may occur
All products on our website are typically in stock. If you have not yet completed your order, another customer may purchase the item. In the event that this occurs, kindly remove the item from your cart and refresh the website.
Out of stock
If you have completed your order, due to a rare inventory error, we might run out of the items before your order is processed. If this happens, we will cancel your order or contact you, regarding the situation.
If delivery of the goods ordered by you is not possible, for example, because the goods ordered are not in stock, GOBI will not accept an acceptance declaration. A contract is not concluded in this case. GOBI will promptly inform you about this and reimburse any consideration already received. GOBI is only obliged to deliver from its stock of goods. We do not assume the risk of procuring an ordered product (procurement risk).

An item is not available
We cannot guarantee an exact date as we do not resupply at regular intervals. However, we can notify you when the product is available again. You can turn on the notification by selecting the size and colour of the product you want and clicking the ''Notify me when available'' button, which will appear instead of the ''Add to bag'' button if the product is not available. Please enter your email address in the box provided and click the ''Notify me'' button.
