We are very sorry that your order was shipped partially.
Due to a system error that occurs from time to time, some items may be sold even though they are sold out. Your order could unfortunately be one of them and had to be shipped partially.
In this case, please check the delivery note, which was sent with your order, and the refund notification email.
Out of stock
If delivery of your order is not possible, for example because the item is not in stock, GOBI will not accept a declaration of acceptance. A contract is not concluded in this case. GOBI will promptly inform you about this and reimburse any consideration already received. GOBI is only obliged to deliver from its stock of goods. We do not assume the risk of procuring an ordered product (procurement risk).
