The quality complaints with photos are inspected by our specialists.
If your product develops a fault within 14 days of having received your order, we will exchange or refund it.
The complaints with production defects can be refunded or exchanged, if the complaint is made within 14 days.
We offer repairs for worn products with production faults.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any options for quality complaints caused by use (pilling/knotting, damaged due to external factors, wrong care or form lost or shrunk/baggy, wear and tear due to use, infested with moths).
Cashmere is a fine and luxurious fibre. Therefore, it should be worn and cared for carefully.
