Cashmere infested with mothsUpdated 9 months ago

If you received a faulty good, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

If your cashmere is infested with moths, unfortunately there is no option from our side.

Storing cashmere correctly

- Before storing: wash and dry well

- If you are storing your garment longer, use a bag, a box or both. You can put moth protection in the box as protection.

- To keep moths away, use lavender or cedar wood as a natural insect repellent in your wardrobe.

Cashmere is a fine and luxurious fibre. Therefore, it should be worn, cared for and stored with care.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any options for quality complaints caused by use (pilling/knotting, damaged due to external factors, wrong care or form lost or shrunk/baggy, wear and tear due to use, infested with moths).
