Can I modify/change my order/address after it has been placed?Updated 9 months ago

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify an order/ address once it has been placed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us by email at [email protected] if you want to cancel your order.

We can try and request our logistics partner to cancel your order, however, please understand that your request could be denied if your order is already processed for the shipment.

You can refuse or return the package after receiving it. Please note, we don’t offer free return.
