PILLING IS NATURAL
In general, pilling/knotting is described as a natural property of natural fibre, which is neither a severe reduction in quality nor a defect, and not a reason for complaint.
Pilling is a consequence of strong friction and an indication of natural fibre.
Pills are the little balls of fibre that start to gather on your sweater, typically in areas where there is friction. Pilling can quickly be removed using a cashmere comb or by picking them off by hand.
Cashmere is a fine and luxurious fibre. Therefore, it should be worn and cared for with care.
Please follow the care instructions on the care label of the respective product and read our cashmere care instructions.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any options for quality complaints caused by use (pilling/knotting, damaged due to external factors, wrong care or form lost or shrunk/baggy, wear and tear due to use, infested with moths).
